Reaching new heights, Lot 1 Marina Drive is the exciting centrepiece of the overall Port Vincent Marina development and includes a mix of apartments and commercial tenancies over five levels.

We have enlisted Studio Nine Architects to help deliver a building which will respond to the needs of both the local community and Yorke Peninsula as a whole. The simple coastal aesthetic will enhance this very special site and will use materials that can stand up to the test of time on this waterfront environment.

An important consideration is how the development will manage traffic and car parking. We require approximately 178 car parks to service the site. We can achieve this number by drawing on unused land in the vicinity as well as reconfiguring the current carpark adjacent the site. See below some images which indicate proposed areas the carparks can be created.
Dockside will make available 52 apartments. The first 2 will be on the ground floor, with the remaining 50 divided amongst the four floors above. The apartments will include a mixture of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom layouts with the 2 and 3 bedrooms being dual keyed for added flexibility. These different typologies can be seen in the images below.
