Port Vincent
Reaching new heights, Lot 1 Marina Drive is the exciting centrepiece of the overall Port Vincent Marina development and includes a mix of apartments and commercial tenancies over five levels.
The ground floor has two waterfront apartments and approximately 800 square metres of mixed-use commercial space including waterfront food and beverage, a gymnasium and a swimming pool. The existing pontoon is set to be expanded to create a further 200 square metre space for outdoor dining or events on the water.
Levels one to four will host a further 50 apartments ranging from one to three bedrooms. A rooftop space catering for functions and events will be located on the fourth level, providing stunning views of the marina, township and St Vincent Gulf.
Dockside Port Vincent is a timeless design by Studio Nine Architects. Setting a new benchmark for Yorke Peninsula, it will utilise as many maintenance free materials as possible, including stone, aluminium frames, precast concrete and timber.

Overall design
We have enlisted Studio Nine Architects to help deliver a building which will respond to the needs of both the local community and Yorke Peninsula as a whole. The simple coastal aesthetic will enhance this very special site and will use materials that can stand up to the test of time on this waterfront environment.

Parking
An important consideration is how the development will manage traffic and car parking. We require approximately 178 car parks to service the site. We can achieve this number by drawing on unused land in the vicinity as well as reconfiguring the current carpark adjacent the site. See below some images which indicate proposed areas the carparks can be created.
Floorplans
Dockside will make available 52 apartments. The first 2 will be on the ground floor, with the remaining 50 divided amongst the four floors above. The apartments will include a mixture of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom layouts with the 2 and 3 bedrooms being dual keyed for added flexibility. These different typologies can be seen in the images below.
